Booking a Clay Pigeon Shooting Group Booking with Safe & Sound Clay Pigeon Shooting is easy. Simply select the preferred available date below. Once a booking is placed a confirmation email will be sent. We will then contact you to arrange any additional requirements or answer any ‘on the day’ questions.

• Group Booking Charge: £55 per person
• Party Size: 10 maximum
• Average Session Length: 1.5hrs (subject to party numbers)
• Location: Braces Shooting Ground, BS39 4EZ, approximately 25 minutes from the centre of Bristol

What happens on the day?

The shooting takes place over a number of different stands which makes for a far better experience. Typically we begin a session at around 10am once everyone has arrived. 20 hot practice session is included to help get everyone warmed up for the main event. 10 shot competition with a engraved trophy for the winner.

Depending on your party size we may divide it into 2/3 groups for the practice shots and bring you all together for the competition. This ensures no long waiting between shooting and maximum fun and banter at the competition.

The venue is a dedicated clay ground, with a large variety of targets.

Is equipment provided?

We have a number of shotguns which are suitable for beginners, novices, (mens and women) etc so no bruises!

What if the weather is poor?

There is also an amount of covered shooting if the weather is poor.

Had a great afternoon shooting with Andy, he is a brilliant instructor that really helps you improve shot after shot.

We started with some simple clays, towards and away from us, then progressing onto harder pegs with clays spanning crossing and along the ground.
