Cancellations.
We have a very strict policy on cancellations, should you book online and then wish to cancel please contact us immediately. Safe & Sound Clay Pigeon Shooting will issue refunds within 31 days of a event booking. Once you have booked with us on a specific time and date you are preventing others from booking the same time and is there for recognised subject to a recognised cancellation policy for sporting activity bookings. This is inline with Regulation Part 3, section 28 within the Distance Selling Regulations issued by the Office of Fair Trading. This means your right to cancel without penalty ends.
Payments.
When making a clay pigeon shooting experience booking online we accept all the major payment providers. Pay via debit or credit card. Apple Pay or PayPal.
Returns.
If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must safely return the items you do not wish to keep immediately. Always remember to obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate from your post office when returning goods.
